Final Lesson

Today was my last day in both schools :( This has been the quickest 8 weeks ever. I had to go into school b yesterday to give an extra lesson so they did not miss out next week as their ICT suite is being done up.  I did the Scratch cards with them yesterday and they had lots of fun with them, though at one point I had at least half the class calling me at the same time for a bit of help or to show me something now I know how the teachers feel !!!!!   Back in with them again today and it was our last lesson, I gave them a little test then let them go on and create their own sprites today and some scripts of their own.   They were all dissapointed when I told them this was our last lesson today.   However they worked through the test sheet and then got onto the computers to do their own thing.  They all looked at the different examples in the Scratch library and edited them to make them their own. Some made their own pictures as well in Scratch.  Overall it was a great lesson and they enjoyed having that little bit of freedom to work on their own thing.   Next was class A same test with them then onto the computers again the same sort of lesson as the morning a bit noisy but in a good way and you could tell they were enjoying what they were doing.   I think im going to miss the kids in both classes:(
